To be noted, Tanveer Tarek was working on some songs of Subir Nandi for a long time. This famous artist passed away before the release of the songs.

Composer music director Tanveer Tarek said, ‘Subir’ is a name of great inspiration in my musical life. He has always encouraged me in any aspect of my music. One day in a chat, he said to me, Tanveer, you are the composer of this time. Sing some songs for me. This song will be my second release from that project. The remaining 8 songs will be released sequentially.

Lyricist Someshwar Oli said, ‘I gave two songs to Tanveer bhai a long time ago. I really don’t know when he composed this song and sang it at Subir’s request. I am surprised to hear. It was a surprise for me!’

The song will be released on ‘Sounds of Tanveer’ official YouTube channel and independent music app. The song will also be available on all other platforms including globally Spotify, iTunes. Note, Ekushey Padak and five-time National Film Award winner Subir Nandi was born on 19 November 1953. He is the master of outstanding chapters in Bengali films and audio songs. Some of the timeless songs he sang include ‘Amar ae dui chhok pathar to nai’, ‘Prithibiye prem bole kichu nei’, ‘ami brishtir kach theke kadte shikhechi’, ‘tumi emone jal petecho’, ‘Bandhu hote cheye tomai’, ‘Kato Je Toke Beseshi valo’, ‘Ekta chilo Sonar Kanya’, ‘O Amer Ural Pankhire’ etc.
