The Saudi government takes extensive programs every year with the aim of organizing the holy Hajj, the largest religious gathering of the Muslim world. In this continuation, the Saudi Hajj and Umrah Ministry has banned anyone without permission from entering Makkah.

This decision has been implemented since Saturday. The country’s Public Security Department said that this decision is mainly for the sake of the safety of the large number of pilgrims who come from all over the world for the holy Hajj. According to the new rules, permission must be carried to enter Mecca from now on. Even Saudi nationals.

People who are allowed to work in the holy places of Mecca during the Hajj, local immigrants of Mecca, anyone without a permit to perform the Holy Hajj or Tashrih have been called upon to refrain from entering Mecca for the time being. Violators of the ban may face punishment, including being turned away from checkpoints entering Mecca.

Muslims from different countries of the world will start coming to Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj from May 9. Hajj pilgrims from Bangladesh will go to Saudi Arabia on the same day.
