In the Skytrax World Airline Awards 2023, US-Bangla Airlines has secured the fifth position among the South Asian airlines. Skytrax World Airline Star Rating began in 1999 and has become a prestigious, long-established, and globally recognized benchmark for excellence and airline quality.
Mr. Kamrul Islam, General Manager (Public Relations) of US-Bangla Airlines, stated that US-Bangla Airlines commenced its journey on July 17, 2014. It has continuously established itself as a unique player in Bangladesh’s aviation industry and achieved various milestones of success. This recognition in the Skytrax Awards demonstrates that US-Bangla consistently strives for genuine and further qualitative improvement in passenger service.
Kamrul Islam further mentioned that by attaining this recognition, US-Bangla Airlines will assist Bangladesh Aviation in advancing further on the global aviation platform. US-Bangla Airlines expresses heartfelt gratitude to its passengers, media, all members of the US-Bangla family, and, above all, the well-wishers of US-Bangla.
Skytrax has been presenting awards for service and quality in global aviation since 1999. For the Skytrax World Airline Awards, there is no application process, no fees involved, and no money is required to be given to the winning airline to participate in the award event.
Due to these reasons, the Skytrax World Airline Awards are often referred to as the “Oscars of the Aviation Industry” in various categories.
