Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina conducted an eye examination by buying a ticket of 10 tk like normal patients at the National Institute of Ophthalmology and Hospital in the capital’s Sher Bangla Nagar.
The Prime Minister visited the hospital on Friday (May 3) morning. Then stand in line and collect the ticket yourself. After that, he got his eyes checked by a specialist doctor of that hospital.
At this time, the former health advisor to the Prime Minister and the chairman of Bangladesh Medical Research Council Dr. Syed Modachher Ali, Director of the National Institute of Ophthalmology and Hospital Dr. Golam Mustafa and Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) Vice-Chancellor and Ophthalmologist Professor Dr. Dean Md. Nurul Haque was with him.
Many people present expressed joy and happiness in the incident of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina showing her eyes like a normal patient in the government hospital.
